Our halogen synergist (FR-0520) is a patented product independently developed by our company, made from environmentally friendly organic and inorganic substances through chemical modification. It has excellent synergistic effects with halogenated flame retardants, and the heavy metals have passed SGS testing and comply with relevant international environmental management directives. In most plastics such as PA, PBT, ABS, HiPS, PS, PVC, PP, PE, and EVA, it can replace antimony trioxide (antimony oxide) in equal amounts, providing comparable synergistic effects while also offering excellent smoke suppression. Using this product to replace antimony trioxide in equal amounts not only does not reduce the flame retardant grade of the product but also significantly reduces smoke generation during combustion. Additionally, it has anti-dripping properties, effectively improving the high-temperature molten droplet phenomenon during combustion.

Using our halogen synergist (FR-0520) offers advantages over antimony trioxide in both environmental protection and cost, making it an excellent substitute for antimony trioxide. The usage ratio of bromine compound to 0520 is 3:1 or 2:1.
