Acrylic intumescent fireproof coating is a single-component, solvent-based, high-solid intumescent fireproof coating, meeting the fire resistance requirements for steel structures.
Flame retardant FR-102 is a phosphorus-nitrogen based halogen-free environmentally friendly flame retardant independently developed and produced by our company. It appears as a white powder, characterized by small particle size, narrow particle size distribution, easy dispersion, and good flame retardant efficiency. This product is mainly used for making acrylic fireproof coatings for various textiles and fabrics, as well as for flame retarding tapes and cloth tapes used in electronic and electrical products. It can also be used for flame retarding polymer materials such as epoxy resin and silicone rubber.

Usage method: (taking acrylic flame-retardant tape as an example)
1. Grind and disperse, FR-102 20~25 kg, solvent (e.g., xylene) 30 kg, add pigments and additives according to actual formula. After thorough grinding and dispersion, filter through a 150~200 mesh screen and set aside.
2. Mix with acrylic, take the dispersion filtered in the previous step, add 100 kg of acrylic adhesive, stir thoroughly to disperse and mix evenly, then it can be used for coating.
3. After coating, dry to remove the solvent components. The coating thus obtained has good fire resistance.
Usage precautions:FR102 should not be used together with inorganic fillers such as aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, talc, kaolin, calcium carbonate, etc.
