Melamine cyanurate (MCA): nitrogen-based, halogen-free, and environmentally friendlyflame retardant, suitable for nylon 6 and nylon 66. With an appropriate addition amount, it can achieve UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating, combining excellent electrical properties, mechanical properties, and low smoke and low corrosion characteristics.
Nano-grade MCA: Hongtaiji's nano-grade MCA can achieve particle sizes as fine as 40-60nm. Adding 8-12% to PA6/PA66 can achieve UL94 V-0 flame retardant rating. The increased specific surface area enhances the catalytic char-forming efficiency by 40%. It is widely used in high-end fields such as lithium battery separator coatings, high-end nylon spinning, and ultra-thin flexible copper clad laminates (FCCL).
Microencapsulated red phosphorus: Adopting international multi-layer microencapsulation coating technology, with effective red phosphorus content ≥80% and ignition point ≥300°C, it effectively inhibits phosphine release.
Red phosphorus masterbatch: Dark red particles manufactured with microencapsulated red phosphorus combined with inorganic flame retardants and matrix resin as carrier. It features low addition amount, no dust pollution, and no mold corrosion.
Melamine pyrophosphate (MPP): phosphorus content >14%, nitrogen content >38%, suitable for high-temperature engineering plastics such as glass fiber reinforced nylon and polyester.
Ammonium polyphosphate (APP): the core component of phosphorus-nitrogen intumescent flame retardants, widely used in intumescent fire retardant coatings and polyolefin flame retardancy.
