FR-131A is an environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardant developed specifically for customers producing oily acrylic coated products. This product is a phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant, appearing as a white powder. Its main feature is high flame retardant efficiency. When used to flame retard oily acrylic coated products, it can achieve UL94 V-0 level for individual pieces. Based on its characteristics, this product is suitable as a flame retardant for Mylar tape, acrylic double-sided tape, acrylic coated label paper, and various acrylic coated tapes with high flame retardant requirements. Additionally, verified by other customers' applications, this product is also suitable for polyurethane adhesive, unsaturated resin, epoxy resin, etc., as an appropriate flame retardant for these materials.

Usage method:
Add this product at 30% to 43% of the amount of the acrylic adhesive to be flame retarded. When using, first wet and disperse the product with a solvent, then add it to the adhesive, stir thoroughly to ensure uniform dispersion in the adhesive, then coat and dry to obtain the corresponding flame retardant product. To obtain the precise addition amount, it is recommended to conduct a small trial first and determine based on effect testing results.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
This product is usually packaged in woven bags with inner plastic film bags, net weight 25 kg per bag. It should be stored in a cool, dry indoor area, avoiding sunlight and rain. For transportation, it is classified as non-hazardous goods.
