HF-122 is a halogen-free and red phosphorus-free environmentally friendly flame retardant, with advantages such as smoke suppression, anti-dripping, promoting carbonization, non-volatile, non-migrating, and no secondary pollution to the environment. The flame retardant HF-122 can easily meet the VW-1 flame retardant standard when used in colored heat shrink tubing. Moreover, the tube after irradiation has no creases and good scratch resistance.
Specific usage instructions are as follows:
1. EVA: 90 kg, HF-122: 60 kg, MCA: 30 kg, other additives added as needed. The tube made in this way can meet the VW-1 standard.
